Mid-life Crisis or Best Years of My Life…I choose the latter!

I am a 46-year old woman from Los Angeles, California that has been awakened by the onset of middle age. As the sole breadwinner, career and providing for my family have been the highest priority. However, after 2 decades in corporate America, the stress of life as an executive has taken a toll on my mind, body and soul, and I find myself requiring a lifestyle overhaul as I transition to the next phase of my life. I am creating this website to share my journey and provide a forum to help navigate my journey into middle age.
